Study online Postgraduate diploma full scholarships are available in the following areas of study - Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Public Administration, Education Planning and Management, Project Planning and Management, Procurement, and Logistics Management. Study time is 7pm - 9pm - Mon - Fri. However, exams are done physically on weekends at the university premises in Kampala. Applicants must have two pass-port photos, O and A level results, plus certified university transcripts. No tuition is paid.
